I'm in need of a skilled Blender artist who can create a mechanical eyelid for an existing eye model. This will be used as part of an animation, so it needs to be both realistic and functional.

Key requirements:
- Creation of a mechanical eyelid within Blender
- Ensuring the eyelid can move in a believable and smooth manner
- Coordination with the existing eye model for a seamless blend
