Prepare mechanical design drawings for NYC DOB Filing
Specify VRF single phase system to be installed on high roof. LL to provide roof location and refrigerant
and power riser locations.
Three to Four Ceiling Cassette units
Outdoor air from storefront above window louver with supply air fan or eruv sized to meet NYC MC. OA
ducted to space
No plumbing, electrical, sprinkler, fire alarm, and structural design .
