Mechanical CAD Model Adjustments and Mechanism Fixing and fine tuning

I have a set of mechanical CAD models that require some key adjustments and completion.
Key requirements:
- Sizing Adjustments: Some parts of the models need to be enlarged or shrunk while maintaining their overall proportions.
- Centering and Alignment: The models need to be centered and correctly aligned to ensure they function as intended.
- Completing Incomplete Parts: A few parts of the models are unfinished and need to be completed.
The main challenge in this project is fixing the mechanisms of these models, as they involve various complex components such as mechanical gears, rotating parts, and moving mechanisms. These components need to be examined thoroughly to ensure they function smoothly and as designed.
