**Scope of Services**
**Objective:**
The consultant is tasked with creating and delineating multiple parcels of land, each measuring 5 meters by 40 meters, at the front portion of the client's property facing the main road. The parcels are to be adjacent to one another, and the consultant is expected to maximize the number of parcels within the specified area.
**Deliverables:**
1. **Parcel Layout Plan:**
- A clear and detailed image showing the entire layout of the land with all the parcels marked.
- Individual images for each 5m x 40m parcel, clearly labeled and demarcated.
2. **GPS Coordinates:**
- Accurate GPS coordinates for each corner of every parcel.
- A consolidated report of all GPS coordinates for the entire layout.
**Scope of Work:**
1. **Site Assessment:**
- Conduct a thorough assessment of the land to determine the optimal placement and maximum number of 5m x 40m parcels that can be created at the front portion of the property, adjacent to the main road.
2. **Parcel Delineation:**
- Create a detailed layout plan showing the placement of each parcel.
- Ensure that each parcel is clearly marked and adheres to the specified dimensions (5m x 40m).
3. **GPS Mapping:**
- Use precise GPS technology to map and record the coordinates of each corner of every parcel.
- Provide a comprehensive report detailing the GPS coordinates for each parcel, both individually and as part of the overall layout.
4. **Visual Documentation:**
- Generate a high-quality image of the entire parcel layout.
- Produce individual images for each parcel, clearly showing its boundaries and dimensions.
**Fee:**
- The total fee for the services outlined above is $100.
**Timeline:**
- The consultant is expected to complete the assessment, delineation, GPS mapping, and documentation within an agreed-upon timeframe, to be discussed and confirmed upon engagement.
**Terms and Conditions:**
- The consultant will ensure accuracy in the delineation and mapping of the parcels.
- Any additional services or requirements beyond the scope outlined above will be subject to further negotiation and agreement.
