Manufactured Home Permanent Foundation Engineered Design
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm looking for an experienced engineer to design multiple foundations for average sized manufactured double & triple wide homes (1,000 - 2,500 sq ft) in various locations in WA. Usually these drawings will need to be drawn to a default standard of 1500psf soil.
Your tasks would include but not limited to:
- Foundation design
- Compliance with local and HUD codes
- Providing detailed engineering drawings and plans
You should have:
- Proven experience in foundation design, particularly manufactured homes
- Understanding of manufactured homes and permanent foundation requirements
- Engineer License for WA state to stamp drawings
