236 sq ft downstairs and ~1450sq ft upstairs apartment need air conditioning and heating. Garages to be cooled with mini-split air conditioners as needed. Electrical to code for City of Henderson, NV with a plug in the RV garage for an electric car. ADU will have solar.
Plumbing for 1.5 bathrooms and a utility room. Two outside hoses on either side of the building.
