MEP Design for Office & Production
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm seeking a seasoned MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design expert to work on a 3000 sqft area encompassing both an office and a production area. The project includes an intricate design of:
- HVAC Systems
- Lighting systems
- Power sockets
- Distribution & Control Panels
- CCTV, Telephone & Other Communication Systems
Your tasks will include providing a full MEP design complete with drawings, calculations, and a Bill of Quantities (BOQ). It's crucial that all designs comply with Malaysia's standards.
Ideal candidates should be able to produce detailed design drawings with full specifications. Previous experience in MEP design for office and production areas is preferred. Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with Malaysia's MEP standards are essential. A deep understanding of HVAC systems is a plus, although specific system features will not be required.
