Low-Watt Light Design

I'm seeking a creative designer to draw up plans for a low-watt micro-light built into or attached to a plug. This micro-light will be used in both indoor and outdoor environments, and it will need to be designed for direct plug-in power. Similar to a drill light when pressed on but instead for a male plug to light-up where it's getting plugged into the wall socket.

Ideal candidates should have experience in electrical design and knowledge of low-watt micro-lighting solutions. Skills in creating designs suitable for both indoor and outdoor use would be beneficial. Please include examples of similar work in your bid.
