Looking for Structural Engineer for two small jobs in Vallejo California

Need an engineer who can engineer and stamp plans in California for two current small jobs. One is adding a small retaining wall to approved and permitted engineered plans and the other is a floor joist system of 46' with an 18' span. Must be able to work with my hand drawn plans as I'm not hiring a drafts person for cad drawings until I start the larger project. My engineer had to retire and couldn't help finish. Budget can be adjusted as I don't know the going rate. I can send more info if interested.
