RV & Lavatory CAD Upgrades

I maintain a line of components that serve both the recreational-vehicle market and the portable-lavatory sector, and the current CAD files need a thorough refresh. Several parts no longer match our latest spec sheets, some materials have changed, and a handful of drawings are still showing legacy dimensions.

The scope is threefold:
• Precise dimension adjustments where tooling or mating interfaces have shifted
• Design enhancements that add new features and streamline manufacturing—including draft optimisation, wall-thickness consistency, and simplified fasteners
• Material updates that bring the models in line with the resins and metals we now source

Many of the originals also contain outdated callouts, so each file must be checked for errors or omissions before release. Your engineering input on manufacturability is welcome; I’m happy to iterate if you spot opportunities to reduce cost or assembly time.

Deliverables
• Updated native CAD files (SolidWorks or comparable parametric format)
• STEP/Parasolid exports for vendor use
• Fully dimensioned 2D PDFs with clear revision blocks
• Brief revision summary noting every change

Acceptance is based on:
1. Zero interferences when the parts are re-assembled in their respective RV or lavatory assemblies
2. All critical dimensions, tolerances, and materials matching the approved spec sheets
3. A clean, traceable revision history

The first batch covers 3 segments of product drawings, and I would like those back within one week, with additional batches to follow once we confirm the workflow.
