Lab Fume Hood Calcs & Drawings

I am looking for an Arizona, USA, licensed architect or engineer (mechanical engineer preferred) to calculate ventilation requirements for a chemical fume hood and makeup air and prepare CAD drawings (site plan, lab floor plan, detail of fume hood exhaust pipe penetration through wall). All specs need to conform to 2018 International Building Code (IBC), and both plans and calculations need to be stamped by an Arizona licensed engineer or architect. This is for a start-up laboratory, and the project is not complex. I will provide all details necessary to complete this task, including sketches, fume hood specifications, HVAC specifications and a list of chemicals and associated hazards.
