Junctionbox 2022
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
Seeking to complete Junction box design for tooling and injection molding, looking for someone with injection molding experience/tooling, design is 60% completed [step file available], will provide scope of works till we get it right for proto- type.
Material being used will be UV rated PPO, UL94-VO fire rating.
Junction Box/Enclosure as some may say will comprise with few parts
1. Label design [10mm lettering] in Black & Yellow background [IML]
2. Lid/Cover designed with snap/click on fitting -pushed for IP 67/68 with rubber o ring channel/slot
3. Base
4. UV Cover/lid/barrier to base - swinging type that can be raised or taken out for terminal connection, UV Cover can also be slide in type.
This Junction Box dimensions are 160mm x 50mm x 20mm, with 3.5mm material wall thickness.
Scope can be provided once NDA has been signed.
