Jigs for bending pre-cut, 8mm stainless wire (only a sketch, not the actual manufacture)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hi, I need you to create a project (both dwg and pdf) for two jigs for bending 8mm stainless wire to shape (shapes in attachemnts). These projects I will take to a maufacturer (preferably CNC mill), have them create and assemble. Details:
(1) each jig to be used as bench-top, manually-operated device;
(2) prefreed method for wire benging: around a pivot point;
(3) each jig to be made of stainless steel;
(4) each jig to be made of any set of items you choose that can be CNC-milled or bought off-the shelf (only EU-based, metric system items apply);
(5) the attached graphs show the path though the very middle of each wire (i.e. remember to add 4mm all the way around the path to achieve the wire surface).
