JCAD Modification of Cuff Bracelet

I need a JCAD file for a cuff bracelet. I will send file when we have agreed on all things

Current Specs:
- 35mm width cuff bracelet with diamond placements
- Need it modified to a 17mm width cuff bracelet
- Diamonds should remain the same mm size and in the same location

Material: Silver

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in JCAD
- Experience with jewelry design and modification
- Familiarity with diamond placement and adjustments
