Inventory updation

We manufacture electronic fixtures for Elevators and our process entails procuring Electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, inductors, Integrated circuits and several other active and passive components. We also stock mechanical hardware and parts used in our box build. We want to ensure that the Bill of materials for each sub assembly is sanitised and is correct for ordering ( of course with help from us in identification of the parts). We currently use xls file for Bill of material and the BOM files are generated from our electronics cad platform. Once our Bill of material for all subassemblies is completed we can move to other modules that are relevant to our business.

I need someone to port my existing inventory to Zoho. I can share my existing xls files. Also each time an item is sold, the corresponding inventory should be correctly adjusted.
