TV Installation Lift
Budget: $750 – $1,500 CAD
I am looking to have a motorized lift designed and optimized that will permit the raising / lowering of televisions. It is a tool that can be utilized to install TVs at various heights from 16" (45cm) up to 12' (360cm) in above the floor.
I have a basic design drafted as a starting point, but am looking for someone with engineering knowledge and experience to be creative and come up with their own solutions to make the perfect tool.
I would prefer the use of lightweight materials such as extruded aluminum, but again am open minded and will consider other solutions.
Work will include but not be limited to the concept design, CAD modeling, stress and strain analysis on structural components, off the shelf component selection (motors, gearbox, controls) and drawings for fabrication and assembly. Submittals must include all files for the design work and drawings.
