Injection Molding Design for Ruggedized Controller

Project Overview:
We are looking for an expert designer to create the injection moldable components of a ruggedized touchscreen controller. The controller will be a critical component in our system, requiring durability, functionality, and user-friendly design. The internal circuitry of the controller has already been designed and components selected, so this project will be for only the creation of the injection moldable enclosure itself.

- Top Enclosure Piece
- Bottom Enclosure Piece
- Cover for Connectors
- Button to Interface with the E-Stop
- Waterproof Thumb Pads for Joystick
Requirements:
- Materials: Please provide recommendations for the material to use here. We will be using this controller outdoors for extended periods of time, so would like something that is UV resistant.
- IP66 Rating: The controller will be used on construction sites so it must meet IP66 standards, ensuring dust-tight and waterproof performance. This includes incorporating seals around the screen, between top and bottom enclosure pieces, and waterproof grommets for joysticks.
- The design should be user-friendly, considering ease of use and accessibility.
- All components must be suitable for injection molding to ensure mass production feasibility.
- Attention to detail is crucial to achieve a seamless and aesthetically pleasing design.
- Additional requirements will be sent via presentation prepared for the project.
