I've started the design of an Injection Molded cover.
Need some help with uncooperating loft and design help on viability of design.
Plastic Cover attaches to Base plate with 4 screws from sides to an L bracket on the plate.
Sealing to base plate is done with silicon gasket
Acrylic Windows are epoxied into place.
