Industrial KWH Meter PCB Design
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
I need a complete PCB layout for an industrial-grade kWh measuring device. The board must be ready for manufacture, so I’ll be expecting clean Gerber files along with a well-structured BOM and an LCSC parts list.
While I don’t insist on specific part numbers, I do lean toward components that combine high durability, energy efficiency, and good cost performance. If you see better options that satisfy those three points, feel free to propose them.
Deliverables
• Finished PCB layout (Altium, KiCad, or similar)
• Gerber/NC drill files, clearly organized for fabrication
• BOM with supplier links, plus a dedicated LCSC CSV
Acceptance
The design should pass standard DRC, include silkscreen labeling for all connectors and test points, and be sized for straightforward DIN-rail or panel integration typical of industrial energy monitors. Provide step-by-step assembly notes or annotated 3D views so I can verify clearances before release to the board house.
