Industrial Flex PCB With Sensors

Job ID: 40223262

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I need a compact, reliable flex-PCB designed for an industrial setting that is subject to continuous high-vibration, ambient temp extremes, and moisture. The board’s sole payload will be an embedded vision sensor; no microcontrollers or large passives are planned at this stage. My priority is to ensure signal integrity and mechanical robustness in this challenging environment while keeping the layout as thin and lightweight as practical.

Here is what I expect from you:

• A short consultation (call or chat) to confirm sensor footprint data, required bend radius, connector choice and stack-up.
• Schematic capture, impedance-controlled flex-rigid or pure-flex stack-up proposal, and a final layout that factors in strain-relief, tear-stops and anchoring points suited to high-vibration machinery.
• Manufacturing files: Gerbers, drill files, ODB++, pick-and-place file and a concise BOM.
• Simple 3D step model so I can verify fit inside the enclosure.
• Design notes outlining any special handling or assembly recommendations.

I’m happy to share datasheets and the enclosure model once we start. Please let me know your experience with flex designs that run near motors, pumps or other vibration sources, and the CAD tool you’ll use (Altium, KiCad, or similar). A quick turnaround is needed. A rapid proto sample is even better.
