I'm looking for an experienced building designer who can create three industrial building layouts for me. The designs should cater to different production lines but maintain the same overall layout.
Key Requirements:
- Design three industrial building layouts.
- Each layout should be for a different production line, but based on the same overall design.
- Full layout drawing for each of the three designs.
- Detailed extraction of the production area with machinery placements for each of the three layouts.

- Proper placement of machinery based on given dimensions.
File Format:
- Designs need to be delivered in PDF and DWG formats.
