Indian Design Patent Assistance

I have a product concept that is still at the idea stage and I want to explore the possibility to secure an Indian design patent for it. I’m looking for a consultant who can guide me through the very first step—validating novelty.
Subject to the outcome I would consider progressing through to a complete, compliant filing with the Indian Patent Office. Practical experience with India’s Designs Act, Form-1/Form-24 preparation, and drawing standards is essential because I need to be confident everything meets IPO requirements the first time.

The scope of the present assignment is to produce a concise novelty/prior-art search report confirming the design’s registrability.
Subject to the outcome of the present assignment I would seek suppport to develop:
• Representation sheets and formal drawings prepared to IPO specifications (black-line CAD or equivalent).
• Draft description and class selection that fit India’s design classification schedule.
• Final filing package, ready for my e-signature and submission via the IPO online portal, along with clear instructions on fees and timelines.

The service provider is required to provide evidence with references of experience and competence to undertake the assignment before entering into an agreement for services.
