IProject Overview:
We seek a highly skilled ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) designer to develop a modular immersion cooling server for Project HPC, AI, and high-end GPUs. This server will be based on the OCP ORv3 48V DC standard and offer various SKUs to accommodate different server configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
Refine and finalize the initial design concept for the modular immersion cooling server. This includes:
Mechanical design and motherboard placement
Component layout optimization for efficient cooling and performance
Development of a comprehensive power plan
Creation of design-ready files for assembly line production under your company name
Ensure the design adheres to the OCP ORv3 48V DC standard for compatibility and scalability.
Develop various SKUs with different configurations to cater to diverse customer needs.
Collaborate effectively with our team to ensure the final design meets all project requirements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an ODM designer with a strong portfolio in the server hardware industry.
In-depth knowledge of immersion cooling technology and its application in server design.
Expertise in mechanical engineering principles and thermal management for high-performance computing systems.
Proficiency in using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to create detailed design models and production-ready files.
Excellent understanding of the OCP ORv3 48V DC standard and its design guidelines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
