Home Plan CAD Conversion & Alteration
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need a skilled CAD professional to convert my PDF home plan into CAD, make several modifications, and mark up various systems on the plans.
- Structural Changes: The CAD plan will require the removal or addition of walls, modification of windows and doors, and changes to the layout of rooms.
- Cosmetic Changes: I want to include updates to paint colors, flooring materials, and fixtures and fittings.
- Electrical Systems: Please mark lighting locations, outlet placements, and the circuit breaker panel location.
In addition to the above, I also need CAD files and A3 PDFs, with circuit breaker placements, as well as all plumbing, data, and alarm system requirements marked on the plans.
Ideal candidates should possess:
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Experience with home plans and structural modifications
- Ability to understand and incorporate electrical and plumbing requirements
- Skill in marking up cosmetic and structural changes
