Help converting SolidWorks files into Revit families using Inventor.
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
We are a tapware manufacturer based in Melboure, Victoria and need some help converting our existing SolidWorks library to Revit files.
We are in the process of launching our new website and would like our architectural customers to be able to easily download our products and import them into their Revit workflow.
Previous attempts at this have produced polyagonal geometry but the following workflow seems to provide a solution:
.SLDPRT or .STEP (Stripped SolidWorks file, provided by us) > Autodesk Inventor > Export as .rfa > Autodesk Revit (for checking and QA)
