Hardware system design of autonomous mobile robot

Its application is movement of trolleys that carry engine from a pick up location to a drop location in a shop floor. Its all required electrical and electromechanical components like LiDAR sensors, IMU, USS, controllers, batteries, motors, wheels, castors are selected and CAD files are available. What is needed from you is mentioned below
From the mechanical sketch to the final system design of the AMR.
Need step by step guidance. I should be able to do it. I didn't get support for this project in the company since they haven't explored this domain that's why seeking guidance from someone. The deadline is June 15. Can have small buffers.
1. Design of chassis (sheet metal) such that it can carry 500 kg at a speed of forward- 1.5 m/s and backward- 0.5 m/s.
2. Motor selection process
3. Aesthetic parts such as covers and top plate design
4. Material selection suggestion
