Hardened Steel Stick Rake Design

I need a professional to design an excavator stick rake made of hardened steel. The stick rake will primarily be used for site preparation. It has to accommodate a quick coupler attachment system, that suits a 5-tonne machine. Knowledge of such heavy machinery, construction techniques, and relevant materials is vital. Experience with excavator attachments and site preparation equipment would be a great advantage.
