I am looking for an experienced prototype maker to help bring my sports equipment concept to life. I already have detailed 3D CAD models of the design. The project involves:
Metal fabrication of a custom shaft and components
Precision machining for a smooth adjustable mechanism
Assembly of all parts into a working prototype
Maintaining strict confidentiality throughout the process
You will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before I share the complete details and CAD files.
Ideal Skills:
Experience with sports equipment prototyping or similar mechanical products
Proficiency in CNC machining, milling, or metal fabrication
Familiarity with small-scale production or one-off prototypes
Good communication and ability to work from CAD drawings
Deliverables:
Fully assembled working prototype matching my design specifications
Shipping of completed prototype to my location
