Generate CNC Tool Paths From STL File and Calculate CNC Machining Time
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Description:
1. Create CNC Tool Paths From STL File and Calculate CNC Machining Time for this project. This should be done so that CNC milling is being done in the most time effective manner, maintaining detail - all while staying within the guidelines and tool capabilities as outlined in the attached PDF document. I'm basically relying on your CNC expertise to make this end product successful.
Reference Materials:
1. Model will be machined on ShopBot (PRSAlpha 96x48). It is recommended that toolpaths be generated using PartWorks 3.5 (see; "ShopBot (PRSAlpha 48x96) - Tutorial_ Generating Toolpaths with PartWorks.pdf")
2. All available milling bits, chip load, spindle speed, plunge rate information is also provided within attached .pdf document. (see; "ShopBot (PRSAlpha 48x96) - Tutorial_ Generating Toolpaths with PartWorks.pdf")
3. Link to original .STL file - https://ln4.sync.com/dl/5837da9d0/gzwakthc-8y6rnvmv-5ex3erxx-x6rjd29m
4. Model should be resized to 800mm x 560mm x 70mm (estimated) BEFORE creating toolpaths.
5. Material selection for this project will be Beech Wood (hardwood).
6. Photo reference image of product attached.
Deliverables For This Project:
1. Rough Cut toolpath (including estimated machining time)
2. Detail toolpath (including estimated machining time)
3. Cut Out toolpath (including estimated machining time)
Final VERY important details for this project............
1. If you've actually read this full project description, tell me the type of material I will be using for this project (this will help me determine who is actually serious vs automated responses).
2. If you've done similar projects as this (creating CNC tool paths for 3D carving), send me reference pictures or links to your work.
3. Do NOT ask me my budget for this project. If you do, you will be automatically denied. Just bid the amount that you will need.
Thank You.
