Garage Conversion Engineered Rendering Needed

I am looking for an experienced architect/engineer to assist me in producing an engineered rendering of my plan to convert an existing 24-32 foot garage into a minimalist and functional accessory dwelling for rental purposes. The property is located in Santa Rosa, California and the design must include electrical and plumbing schematics.
Key Requirements:
* Creation of a detailed, engineered 3D rendering.
* The design must accommodate two occupants and be minimalistic yet functional.
* Comprehensive electrical and plumbing plans.
* Design for floor and attic included.
Experience and Skills Required:
* Architectural and engineering training.
* Proficient in 3D rendering and CAD software.
* Extensive knowledge in California housing standards and regulations.
* Ideally, previous experience designing accessory dwelling units or similar.
* Preferably local or familiar with Santa Rosa area.
