Fusion Revamp & PETG Prototype Prints

I have a simple Tinkercad model of three coaxial tubes—same inner diameter, varying outer diameters, arranged end-to-end—that represents an obsolete component I intend to replace through lost-foam casting. Before I can cast it, the CAD needs a quick cleanup: one transition currently has the wrong fillet. Please rebuild the part in fully-parametric form, correcting that fillet to an exact 0.3125-inch radius, so every dimension can be tweaked later if needed.

Once the geometry is sound, save two versions:
• the corrected original size
• a uniformly scaled copy at 105.5 %

Export both as native Fusion 360 files (.F3D), plus STEP for safety).

After the CAD stage, slice each version for a Prusa MK4 in PETG. PrusaSlicer project files (.3mf) are ideal; another slicer is fine as long as all settings remain editable. Suggested settings:
Layer Height: 0.20mm (Structural/Optimal)
Perimeters: Suggest 5 perimeters (for ultra-rigid side walls)
Top/Bottom Solid Layers: 5 layers minimum
Infill Density: 30% (70% internal air content)
Infill Pattern: Gyroid (for isotropic structural strength and dimensional stability)

Finally, print two physical copies of each size in PETG. Snap a clear JPEG of the filament label that shows brand and batch number, and include it with the hand-off alongside the slicer files.

Deliverables
– Corrected, fully-parametric Fusion file and STEP for original size
– Same file pair at 105.5 % scale
– Slicer project files for each size
– Two PETG prints of each size (total four)
– JPEG of filament label / batch

Acceptance criteria
• Fillet radius reads exactly 0.3125 in in CAD
• Inner diameter remains unchanged through scaling
• Both prints are clean, dimensionally accurate, and free of layer separation
