Framing plan and site plan -- 2

Hi,
We have our No rise, the engineer is working on the foundation plan, I attached the no rise, the cad file of the architectural, the septic plan.
We have to remove and avoid a retention wall we can NOT have one due to the no rise study. I would need you to work and communicate with my civil who did the No rise and the structural who is doing the foundation plan and the builder to make sure we are all on the same page identify dirt needing to be removed ect.
Base floor needs to be at 693 we have to avoid the retention wall so we need to work with where the septic needs to be house must be 5ft from the septic field (septic field cant change location)
From what I have below I want to move the stairs and river side for the main entrance to the front to eliminate that small roof, extend roof on river side.
Move the house back as closer to the septic fields which need to be 5ft away minimum. Then change the roof line.
I also need the framing plans.

Also want to change the exterior material to all board and batton

For the site and framing plan will that have the roof details, wall schedule ect that was put on the google doc?

The piers undernieth will be roughply 16ft plus 2 feet for wood truss's ect
18ft is required for finishes floor
Those dimensions are on the current plan for the interior were already done however there are a few questions i did add and a few dimentions I would want the green is answered so 7&8 you don't need to d
6, 9, 10 i have a few questions you would know from the plans i cant tell
like where is the landing what ways does the stairs go up and or where do they start
roof plan is on there just need some details added
