I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can create floor plans for a residential property.

Project Details:
- The client needs floor plans for a two-floor condo with a total area of 2022 sq ft.
- The client already has a sketch with dimensions and photos of the existing property.
- The freelancer will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed floor plans based on the provided information.
- The floor plans should include all necessary elements such as rooms, doors, windows, and any other
relevant features.
Elevation of some wall, given the numerous knee walls
- The freelancer should have experience in creating residential floor plans and be able to deliver high-quality and professional results.
- Attention to detail and the ability to accurately translate the client's sketch into a digital format are essential for this project.
I am an interior designer looking for new vendor to generate scale plans (years ago I would have hand drawn - no time).
