Flexo Print Schematic Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a complete flexographic printing schematic for polyethylene film. The artwork will feature graphic images with multiple colors and must cover a large print area—anything above 8 × 10 inches.
Your work should give me a production-ready package that my printer can plug straight into their workflow:
• Layered design file (Adobe Illustrator or high-resolution PDF) with individual color separations
• Plate layout showing repeat length, cylinder circumference, and registration marks
• Exact Pantone or custom ink call-outs for every color used, plus trapping and overprint notes
• Bleed, safe zone, and dieline guides tailored to polyethylene film’s stretch characteristics
• Simple spec sheet summarizing film gauge assumptions, anilox roll recommendations, and press setup tips
I will review the schematic on screen and with a printed proof, so please allow room for one round of refinements. If you have previous flexo work on poly film, share a sample or two so I can gauge fit.
