FOUNDATIONS_BEND

We are building a single storey front extension to our house. I need a design for my extension foundations that will keep me 3m away from my neighbour's house in order to not need a the party wall agreement section 6. In order to do so I would need to setback the foundations by 300mm from the boundary line and build the external wall of the extension on the outer edge of the foundations by using contilever lintels or a slab. I need an engineer to design and draw such solution urgently.
