Apparel Patternmaker and Grader for Women’s Wear

I'm in need of a talented and experienced patternmaker and grader with a strong background in women’s apparel. The project involves creating accurate, production-ready patterns for various types of women’s clothing including jackets, skirts, dresses, pants, and blouses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop patterns for jackets that include pockets and lining.
- Create patterns for skirts, dresses, pants, and blouses.
- Work on both made-to-measure and ready-to-wear garments.
Requirements:
- Strong skills in flat patternmaking and grading.
- Proficient in interpreting design sketches or tech packs.
- Highly skilled in CAD software such as Gerber or TUKAcad.
- Experience with woven fabrics and tailored garments is preferred.
- Ability to deliver clean, production-ready digital files.
