Experienced Dental Technicians Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m looking to partner with qualified dental technicians who can take on three core tasks for my practice: fabricating precise crown and bridge restorations, crafting well-fitting dentures, and producing orthodontic appliances. All work will be done exclusively in ceramic, so consistent mastery with ceramics—pressable, layered, and CAD/CAM—is essential.
Beyond standard fabrication, each case requires tailored color matching, enhanced durability, and careful attention to my design notes. I’ll provide digital impressions, shade tabs, bite scans, and photographs for every patient. In return, I expect accurate models, completed appliances, and high-resolution case photos before shipment so we can approve esthetics and fit.
Turnaround is typically seven business days from receipt of scans, though complex combination cases may allow up to ten. Please confirm you have the equipment to mill, sinter, or press ceramics and the ability to ship securely.

If our first few cases go smoothly, this will grow into a steady, long-term workflow.
