Architectural Drafting – Quote Required for Full Set of Residential Drawings (Australian Standards)

SEE DRAWINGS AND IMAGES ATTACHED. PLEASE QUOTE FOR THESE WORKS.

We are seeking a qualified architect or draftsperson to quote on producing a full set of architectural drawings based on the attached preliminary plans, for a residential build in Australia.

All drawings must be prepared to current Australian Standards and NCC requirements.

The full set of drawings must include:
Site plan

Floor plans

Elevations (all sides)

Roof plan

Electrical layout

Plumbing layout

Structural plans (footings, framing, beams, etc.)

Sections

Internal finishes schedule

Window & door schedule

General notes & specifications

You must be experienced in Australian residential projects, able to work from concept plans, and capable of delivering construction-ready documentation for approval and build.

We intend to appoint the successful applicant as our preferred architect for ongoing residential projects, so this will lead to long-term work for the right person.
