I am looking for someone with fashion experience when can create a design for a women's apparel item. Specifically the item will be a small hand help silicone item, that I have a design in my head for but I need help getting it onto paper for manufacturing purposes. Specifically I need a design spec sheet with accurate measurements and renderings for manufacturing purposes. The job will be awarded to someone who has design, fashion, and the technology available to provide me with the design to my concept. See attached photo for an example on what I am looking for.
