Engineering KPI Dashboard Creation

i would like to develop an Excel-based KPI monitoring dashboard to track the Plan vs Actual performance for different engineering disciplines in our department from January to December. The dashboard should also include a resource cost analysis and overtime tracking.
Scope of the Dashboard:
Projects Overview: The dashboard should accommodate 30-40 projects that pass through the following 4 departments:

Mechanical Engineering (6 Engineers)
Number of calculations completed
Number of design specifications reviewed
CAD Engineering (15 Engineers)
Number of drawings produced
Number of BOMs generated in SAP
Electrical Engineering (10 Engineers)
Number of P&ID drawings produced
Number of HVAC calculations completed
Manufacturing Engineering (15 Engineers)
Number of Manufacturing Drawings produced
Number of CNC Programs completed
Resource Cost Analysis:
Total hours worked by engineers per department
Cost Calculation: Total hours worked × $40 hourly rate
Overtime tracking (hours beyond standard working hours)
Utilization of temporary resources
Dashboard Features:
Monthly breakdown (Jan–Dec) with plan vs actual performance
Graphical representation (charts for trends, bar graphs for department-wise comparisons)
Filters to view data by project, department, or individual engineers
