Engineering / Architectural Designs / Renditions For Commercial Building - Needed - Elvations, Floor Plans, Design, Parking -- 2

Project Description:
1. Calculate and design the number of parking spaces that would require sqft building space. There are strict parking requirements for commercial building. Therefore, I would need you to know how to engineer design parking spaces correctly for government inspectors / calculate square feet and make sure there is sufficient parking space per government requirement.
2. Make sure all building designs and set back requirements meet the government approval requirements. I will provide you government requirements.
3. This project is to create multiple commercial building designs in 2D and 3D for the same project site.
4. All designs must be on scale. All 2D and 3D renditions must be on scale so that it can be printed on blue print size paper size: 42 X 30.
5. We do not need plumbing, electric or structural drawings.
6. 2-D and 3-D Exterior Drawings / Renditions: Deliver total of 4 exterior commercial building design-renditions.
• Two Different Exterior Designs options in 2D - exterior design (elevation, from each view: South, North, East, West ), parking spaces, landscape
• Convert all the above two exterior 2-D designs to 3-D exterior designs - exterior design (elevation, from each view: South, North, East, West ), parking spaces, landscape
7. 2D and 3D Interior Drawings / Renditions: Deliver 4 interior commercial building design-renditions. There will be two different interior design options for each Design.
• Two Different Interior Designs options for each of 2D exterior drawings - Interior design (complete floor plans)
• Take the above Two Different Interior Deisgn Options and Convert them to 3-D designs - interior design (complete floor plans) in 3D.
You must have the following experience:
• an experienced commercial building engineer and architectural designer
• Please submit sample work you have done. I want to see both renditions / commercial building illustrations and sample engineering work for commercial building.
• Please do not send residential work. We are looking for commercial work.
