Engineered drawings for roller table

We require engineering drawings and a steel cutting list.

This specification outlines requirements for a heavy-duty conveyor module for bandsaw machine.
The required specifications of the heavy-duty conveyor module are listed below:
A. Module dimensions:
Length: 5m
Width: Maximum to suite the available heavy-duty Rollers
Preferred roller length: 1m
B. Module height at the top of installed rollers: 665mm to 675mm.
The module height needs to be adjustable to accommodate variation in floor level.
C. Shall have safety guide on both sides of the rollers to prevent jobs from falling over. Safety guides doesn’t need to be with roller. The safety guide height shall allow 1000mm diameter jobs on the rollers.
D. Working Load Limit (WLL): 15 ton
E. Uninstallation of roller assembly off the module needs to be efficient and safe.
Hydraulic barrel flanges are generally larger in diameter than the barrel itself. To achieve horizontal position of the barrels with respect to the roller-bed (module) roller assemblies needs to be removable.
