Engineered Deck Plans for Idaho Cabin

I'm in need of an experienced drafter to create engineered deck plans for my large, over 200 sq ft lake cabin in Idaho. The deck lies on a slope of about 30 degrees. I don't need fancy "eye candy" drawings. Just buildable plans that will satisfy the building departments requirement for this deck to be engineered.

Here's what I need from you:

- Create a detailed drawing that includes load calculations, connection details, and footings and posts details. These should be detailed enough to satisfy my local building department. The building department wants "engineered" plans so I'm guessing that requires an engineers stamp on the plans.
- Demonstrate expertise in deck construction, particularly on sloping terrain.
- Knowledge and experience working with wood as a decking material.

In your bid, please illustrate your experience with similar projects. The ability to understand and interpret sketches will be a massive plus. Remember, I’m not looking for a visually pleasing design but a practical one instead.
