Engineer for shop drawings

I am looking for an engineer to create 50x60x16 weld together shop drawings for a permit application that I am working on. The city needs engineer stamped drawings to proceed with the permit application. The type of engineering drawings I need are structural. I do not have any existing drawings or specifications. Despite this, I am confident that an experienced engineer can quickly create the required drawings for a successful permit application. I am looking for a reliable freelancer that will be able to create the necessary drawings in a timely manner.
