Engineer drawings

I need to find someone who can provide stamped drawings for submital to building department for a 700sf donut shop. This is a very straightforward project. I will need as-is and modification drawings (the onlly modifications will be the addition of a mop sink and hand wash sink) as this is being converted from a dry cleaner dropoff location to a donut shop (donuts are not made at location). No mechanical changes, and likely no electrical changes as the only equipment will be a coffee maker. Showcases will be used for donut display.
