Engineer to do Breakwater design also known as Stone Groyne

I am looking for an engineer to design a breakwater for shoreline protection at a waterfront lot that is approximately 130ft wide. The purpose of the breakwater design is to provide shoreline protection. The design materials are open to the engineer's discretion, as there are no specific requirements.
