Elevator Mechanical Analysis & Repair Suggestions

My building's elevator is malfunctioning, with people getting stuck and the door not functioning properly. It's a California door with the necessary safety features. I need a mechanical analysis of the elevator and door system, along with repair recommendations. You must know the California door elevator security standard. It has to do with how both doors locking and safety mechanisms work.
