Elevations Plan CAD from Point Cloud Scan

I have a single family home in California. I have a Point Cloud scan of the exterior. I need:
Elevations Plan: Accurately scaled architectural elevations at 1/4” scale, depicting exterior elements, windows, doors and decks, all colors and materials, and height from average natural grade.
Is this something you can prepare? I’m looking for a fast turnaround – By Monday November 29.
