Electrical panel cad design

I am looking for an experienced CAD designer with an understanding of electrical panel systems to develop a custom solution for my project. The voltage rating for the electrical panel will be other than 120V or 240V and the intended environment will be industrial. In terms of size, this will be a custom design so exact dimensions are not yet determined, although will need to be specified. Experience with similar projects will be highly regarded.
