Electrical Slab Layout for Hotel -- 3

I am looking for an experienced AutoCAD freelancer to design and mark the electrical conduit layout for the slab of a 17-room hotel. The layout must be efficient, compliant with electrical standards, and allow for future modifications.


Scope of Work:

Electrical Conduit Layout:
Draw conduits for lighting, fans, power outlets, HVAC, and emergency systems.
Ensure conduits are routed properly, avoiding beams and columns.

Junction Boxes & Conclaves:
Mark conclave positions for ceiling lights, smoke detectors, motion sensors, and security systems.
Include waterproof conclaves in bathrooms and kitchen areas.

Future-Proofing & Scalability:
Plan spare conduits for future installations (CCTV, automation, additional lighting, etc.).
Ensure the design allows easy modifications for future upgrades.

Deliverables:
Provide layered CAD files (.DWG) with clear labels and a PDF version for reference.
Include a legend/key explaining symbols and placements used in the design.


Additional Information:
Please review the existing CAD drawings (structural layout, beam/column plan) before starting.
The design must comply with local electrical codes.(India)
Specify conduit sizes and any material preferences.
